THE TRAINING:
At the Center for Athletic Performance, our first priority is to keep our athletes healthy. What separates our program is our coaches ability to work hand in hand with our medical team of physical therapists and athletic trainers when developing our baseball training and conditioning programs.   

Baseball and Softball training:

1. Injury PreventionSpeed

2. Increased bat speed through core, upper and lower body strengthening

3. Improved running mechanics and acceleration

4. Enhanced speed, agility, and lateral movement quickness

5. Improved flexibility

Baseball Skills Training:

This program focuses on blending a strength and conditioning program with specific work in the batting cage and with throwing drills.  


Jim Lefevbreconditioning

Director of Baseball Player Development

The Center for Athletic Performance is lucky to have internationally known Jim Lefevbre running this part of our program including hitting lessons and arm strength. After winning the world series and being named Rookie Of The Year, and being selected to the All-Star game with the LA Dodgers  career Jim spent decades working in the MLB as a manager(Chicago Cubs, Seattle Mariners) hitting coach(Oakland A's, San Diego Padres, LA Dodgers) for many different organizations.   Jim works closely with our medical team and conditioning coaches to develop optimal performance plans for individual players, teams and organizations.
