Our core training area includes Pilate's Reformers, a 15 foot tall medicine ball block wall, balance wobble boards, Ab-Dolly's, and plenty of area for all of your floor exercises. Our private massage room is perfectly situated to provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere for your massage.
