I have been training at The Center for 6 years and I have felt like a was constantly being challenged to improve myself in all aspects. I have never felt stronger, more fit and just generally healthier than when I was training here.  The conditioning specialists are always keeping me in peak condition, and the Physical Therapists have helped me with any injuries. When i went out to Notre Dame I felt like I could not have been better prepared to come in an make an impact. I continually come back for summer training to be in the best condition I can be in for the next season.

Lauren Lazo is the Ivy League Rookie of the Week.
Princeton forward Lauren Lazo has been named the Ivy League's Rookie of the Week for women's soccer after netting a goal and an assist in the team's midweek win over Utah Valley.

Lazo has scored in three of the last five games as part of four goals on the season overall. All four of her goals have been scored in Tiger wins. Second on the team in scoring behind junior Jen Hoy (seven goals), Lazo is one of four Tigers who co-lead the team with four assists.

The award is Lazo's second Ivy Rookie of the Week honor after claiming the award on Sept. 12.

One of eight freshmen on the squad overall, Lazo is one of five Tiger rookies on the team who has scored a goal this season. That group makes up a significant portion of the Ivy-high 13 players who have scored a goal in the 2011 campaign.

Princeton will close its home schedule Saturday against Cornell at 7 p.m. before visiting Penn on Nov. 5 in the season finale.
