At the Center for Athletic
Performance and Physical Therapy, we customize our
performance programs to fit the needs and the lifestyles of our athletes and clients. All programs begin with a thorough individual evaluation. After that evaluation, your program is written by our certified strength and conditioning specialists based on those results and your goals! We believe that exercise programs must not only be physically challenging, but emotionally uplifting and therefore we try to design fun programs and keep our atmosphere as fun as possible!
