one on one private sessions designed specifically to meet your goals
This program is for people that prefer more individualized, 1-on-1 attention. With all our personal training clients we work on a 10-20-30 approach. 10 minutes of stretching and movement, 20 minutes of functional resistance training, and 30 minutes of cardio (ESD). Based on our client’s goals we will make adjustments to our approach spending more time in the desired area of need. Take the thought out of your workout and let us teach you how to train properly. Evaluation, cost and program design is based on number of sessions and training frequency.
