Swimming Training
Swimming can be as much a test of endurance as it is a measure of power and explosiveness. Weight training and swimming go hand in hand in every collegiate program around the country. At the Center for Athletic Performance, we will develop and customize a training program to fit the needs of each individual swimmer. The Center boasts the most experienced staff in the Scottsdale/Pheonix area when it comes to preparing swimmers to compete on the next level. Our staff has a deep understanding of swimming, coaching swimming, and personal experience swimming at the Division I and National level.
